  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

 International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or carrier issues once the order has been shipped.
